2. Eligibility

3. Account verification
NEXA's current product flow does not require passport/selfie uploads during ordinary signup. Full document verification is normally triggered when a withdrawal is requested. The operator may restrict an account and request verification earlier where required by applicable law, sanctions/AML controls, licensing conditions, fraud prevention or other legitimate compliance reasons.
4. Deposits, balances and withdrawals
Crypto deposits are credited only after independent blockchain confirmation. Casino balances are internal ledger balances. Withdrawal requests may be held while verification, security and transaction checks are completed. Network fees and supported chains must be shown before confirmation.
