NEXA may process account details, age/date of birth, address, login/security records, wallet addresses, blockchain transaction references, game history, responsible-gambling settings, affiliate attribution and verification documents where requested.
Purpose
Data is used to operate accounts, settle games, protect player funds, process withdrawals, detect fraud, meet legal/compliance obligations and provide support.
Identity documents
KYC files are designed to be stored in a private object-storage bucket. The public web server stores metadata and time-limited access links rather than serving identity documents directly.
Retention and rights
The production operator must insert its approved retention schedule, controller/contact details, cross-border transfer basis and applicable player rights before launch.
