NEXA may process account details, age/date of birth, address, login and security records, wallet addresses, blockchain transaction references, game history, responsible-gaming settings, affiliate attribution, support communications and verification documents where requested.
Purposes
Information may be used to operate accounts, settle games, protect player funds, process withdrawals, secure the service, prevent fraud, perform AML/sanctions checks, meet legal and licensing obligations, enforce responsible-gaming controls and provide support.
Identity documents
KYC files are designed to be stored in private object storage. The public application should not expose identity documents directly.
Retention, disclosure and player rights
Retention periods, lawful disclosure obligations, international-transfer safeguards and privacy rights must follow the law and policies applicable to the licensed operator. Nothing in the Terms is intended to waive non-excludable privacy or data-protection rights.
