Operator
NexaCasino is the registered legal entity and operator of this service. Any regulated real-money operation must be carried on under the applicable Curaçao Gaming Authority licence and Certificate of Operation for the authorised operator and domain. The operator's Chamber of Commerce registration number, geographic address, licence information and customer-service contact details must be published exactly as confirmed in official records before real-money launch.
What these terms can and cannot do
The terms allocate contractual risk, set account and game rules, define prohibited conduct and provide a complaints process. They do not make NexaCasino immune from legal claims, remove mandatory consumer protections, exclude fraud or deliberate wrongdoing, or prevent a player from using an available regulator, ADR provider or court process.
Player protection
Players must be 18 or older, use the service only where lawful, provide accurate information, comply with verification requirements and use responsible-gaming controls where needed. NEXA may suspend or restrict activity where required for security, AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, responsible gaming or legal compliance.
Funds, holds and reversals
NexaCasino may, where permitted by law and licence conditions, temporarily hold or delay funds and withdrawals while verification, AML/CFT, sanctions, source-of-funds, fraud, chargeback, security, game-integrity, technical or regulatory checks are completed. NexaCasino may also reverse or correct duplicate or erroneous credits, reversed payments, chargebacks, verified settlement errors, void wagers, overpayments and transactions linked to prohibited or unlawful conduct, and may set off valid account debts against a balance where lawful. These controls do not create a right to arbitrarily or indefinitely retain funds finally determined to be legitimately owed to a player.
Disputes
Complaints are reviewed internally first and, where required, may proceed to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution process. Any court dispute for a licensed Curaçao operation is subject to the governing-law and jurisdiction wording required by the applicable licence conditions.
